1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms of Use, the following terms shall have the meanings defined below:

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Hannahhotel of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Hannahhotel cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

2.3 Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2.4 Account Termination

Hannahhotel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, Hannahhotel, third parties, or for any other reason.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Travel Booking

When you make a booking through Hannahhotel, you are entering into a contractual relationship with the respective Travel Provider, not with Hannahhotel. We act solely as an intermediary between you and the Travel Provider.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation notice from Hannahhotel or the Travel Provider and full payment or any required deposit has been processed.

3.3 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided for bookings, including but not limited to traveler names, contact details, and travel dates. Hannahhotel is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the information you provide.

3.4 Travel Provider Terms: All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Travel Provider, which may include policies regarding payment, cancellations, refunds, changes, and other matters. You agree to review and comply with these terms before completing your booking.

3.5 Price and Availability: All prices and availability displayed on Hannahhotel are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Hannahhotel cannot guarantee the availability of any travel services until a booking is confirmed.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

Hannahhotel accepts various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

4.2 Processing Fees

Hannahhotel may charge processing fees for certain payment methods, which will be clearly disclosed before you complete your transaction.

4.3 Currency Conversion

Payments may be processed in different currencies depending on the Travel Provider and your location. Currency conversion rates are determined by our payment processors or financial institutions and may include conversion fees.

4.4 Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, you must notify Hannahhotel within 60 days of the billing date. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will release Hannahhotel from all liability and claims of loss resulting from such discrepancy or error.

4.5 Taxes and Fees: Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes, resort fees, service charges, or other fees imposed by Travel Providers or governmental authorities. You are responsible for paying all such taxes and fees.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policies

Cancellation policies vary by Travel Provider and are specified at the time of booking. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties.

5.2 Change Requests

Requests to change bookings are subject to the Travel Provider's policies and may incur additional fees. Hannahhotel cannot guarantee that change requests will be accommodated.

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds, when permitted, will be processed according to the Travel Provider's policies. Hannahhotel will facilitate refund requests but cannot guarantee refunds for services that are subject to the Travel Provider's cancellation policies.

5.4 Force Majeure

Neither Hannahhotel nor Travel Providers shall be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, riots, epidemics, pandemics, quarantine restrictions, or governmental actions. In such cases, refunds or alternatives will be subject to the policies of the Travel Provider.

5.5 Hannahhotel Service Fees: Any service fees charged by Hannahhotel for processing bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. User Conduct and Content

6.1 Prohibited Activities

When using our Services, you agree not to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights • Submit false or misleading information • Engage in unauthorized framing, linking, or access to our Services • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services or servers • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or user accounts • Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users • Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code

6.2 User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to Hannahhotel, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media.

6.3 Content Monitoring

Hannahhotel reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User-Generated Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable.

8.3 Travel Provider Services: Hannahhotel is not responsible for the services provided by Travel Providers. Any claims or complaints regarding Travel Provider services should be directed to the relevant Travel Provider.

8.4 Affiliate Links

Some links on our Services may be affiliate links, meaning Nomad Crescendo may earn a commission if you click on the link or make a purchase via the link. This does not affect your purchase price or our independence in recommending services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EXPEDITIONABROAD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Travel Information

Hannahhotel does not warrant that the information provided about Travel Providers or destinations is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. You are responsible for verifying all critical information, including but not limited to travel documentation requirements, health and safety advisories, and facility descriptions.

9.3 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EXPEDITIONABROAD, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9.4 Exclusions

15.2 Travel Documentation

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, health certificates, and insurance. Nomad Crescendo is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your failure to possess the required documentation.

15.3 Travel Insurance

Hannahhotel strongly recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Hannahhotel is not responsible for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hannahhotel concerning your use of the Services.

16.2 Waiver

No waiver by Hannahhotel of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Hannahhotel to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.3 Severability

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of these Terms of Use, and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind Hannahhotel in any respect whatsoever.
